Barista

Position Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Barista to join our Costa Coffee brand team. As a Barista, you will be responsible for preparing a variety of high-quality beverages, providing exceptional customer service, and maintaining a clean and inviting coffee shop environment.

Responsibilities:

• Preparing of hot and cold beverages, following Costa Coffee standards.
• Take customer orders, offer recommendations, and ensure accuracy in order preparation.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization in the work area.
• Engage with customers in a friendly and knowledgeable manner, providing excellent service.
• Following food safety and sanitation procedures.
• Collaborating with team members to ensure smooth operation during peak hours.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in a customer service role, preferably as a barista.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.
• Basic math skills for cash handling.
• Knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices.
